Mission:

To provide support in servicing designated customer accounts. Act as a liaison between the customer, manufacturing, design, finance, accounting and other departments, including sales personnel, to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
  • Manage customer inquiries relating to schedule changes, changes in technical specifications, design, etc.
  • Provide sales support in the form of:
    • Analyzing Request for Proposals
    • Proposal Preparation
    • Order Performance Analysis
    • Design Specification Writing
    • Sales Order Entry
    • Coordinate Customer Visits
    • Customer Correspondence
  • Work with the Finance department to monitor payments and debtors.
  • Act as back up service to the sales representative when called upon.
  • Prepare customer reports and portfolio summaries for senior CBN management and sales staff.
Education:
  • University Degree
Experience:
  • Three years experience in account management and sales support, preferable within the technology sector
  • Proven experience in international business, preferably within the Latin American region
  • Experience in customer support and contract management
  • Industry experience in integrated solutions
Skills and Abilities:
  • Trilingual. French, English and Spanish (Written / Verbal), fluency is essential
  • Other languages including Arabic may be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office suites, including Power Point
  • Ability to manage tasks to completion on schedule with little or no supervision
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills, as well as creative presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate diverse groups. interests and bring issues to resolution in compressed time frames
  • Highly motivated and self directed
  • Possess advanced analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries and oversee and coordinate all administrative aspects of contract and order management
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel internationally, if required
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Canadian government secret level security clearance
